We got there before they opened and they still acknowledged us when we arrived. The gentleman was very friendly and let me get the truck before the specified time. The woman on the inside was extremely nice as well. They both were very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Their customer service was superb!!!!
APRIL WNo improvements needed. William and her sister provided the best costumer service I have received in so long. I generally have good experiences at U-Haul, but these two went above and beyond. Walking me through every step of completing my pickup to a detailed explanation how the mobile return process needed to be completed since I was returning after business hours. I would go out of my way to rent from them anytime I need a U-Haul in the future. Thank you for excellent customer service.
