No improvements needed. William and her sister provided the best costumer service I have received in so long. I generally have good experiences at U-Haul, but these two went above and beyond. Walking me through every step of completing my pickup to a detailed explanation how the mobile return process needed to be completed since I was returning after business hours. I would go out of my way to rent from them anytime I need a U-Haul in the future. Thank you for excellent customer service.

MARCUS JOwner made us go wash the van because there was minimal mud on the fender and mud flaps. It had snowed in the area during rental time. Threatened to charge $250 cleaning fee even though the inside was immaculate, gas was filled and zero damage to the van. Had to drive it through a car wash risking actual damage to the van and paying out of pocket when a hose would have easily sufficed. Check in/out process also was much longer than any other location we've used and we have 10 units currently. Other than that, service/experience was good.
