NICHOLAS SThe agent was unable to check me out effectively and it took about 30 minutes to complete my transaction. Also the trailer leaked onto my equipment requiring extensive cleaning and maintenance.
MICAH GWas charges for an extra rental day for bringing the truck 20 minutes late. They should have notified me and allow me to either keep the truck for the extra day or waive the extra charge.
