While truck was clean and operated ok, it had close to 170,000 miles on it and had very rough suspension. This was the second location i had to go to as my original reservation at Mulch and Family LLC was not available. I arrived and they said they had my reservation but had no trucks available (even though 5 were in the dirt lot). I had to call the support 800 number to have a truck located to me 20 min away. once i got there, they didn't have any of the furniture pads or hand truck i had ordered. I had to go to another location to get those items. I returned them with the truck but didn't see a receipt on my portal for them.
