The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready right on time. Returning the truck was just as smooth with clear instructions and no hassle. GRAHAM PIt would be helpful if they asked if I've ever driven one of their vehicles before. This was my first time, and it was a little tricky to figure out all the dials and buttons; especially since it was winter and I had to adjust the heating, etc. A quick lesson on where all the gadgets are (wipers, heat, lights, etc.) are. That being said, it was a really nice truck to drive. Comfortable and zippy on the highway! Great trip!
KATHRYN MArrived before 5, unable to determine where parking lot was/where drop off for keys was located due to snow. Had to call facility to ensure I was at the right address.
