First of all booked at location close to home day of pick up the changed to another location 25 minutes further then the emloyee was 15 minutes late opening ip. Trailer jack was difficult the ratchets both of them were worn out could hardly tighten loafthen the ratchets would not release took almost half an hour to unbuckle ratchets. Over all terrible service and equipment. Will not recommend to anyone David Lewis

WILLIAM LThe gentleman (employee) was very helpful and nice. The U-Haul truck was pretty much brand new, it was awesome I only needed the truck for 2 hours, just wish there was a cheaper price for that. Other than that it was an excellent experience .
