Sebastien lIt was an unattended lot that appeared disorganized. It met our need to drop off the truck. I have 2 issues: the gas was at 1/4 tank and I was required to return it 1/4 tank. This was a hassle as I had no idea how much gas I would need or use. A suggestion is to give the tank full and return it full so we don't have to keep topping it up. I did not realize there was a closer location to drop off the truck. When I called customer service to see if I could change the location for the drop off, I received a message advising they would call back within 47 minutes to 1.5 hours. Poor service. I was then given a no to being able to drop off at another location without a large penalty.
Merrill BIt would be a good idea to keep the ratchets lubricated !! They we're rusty and dried up when i picked up the trailer .. thanks
