We reserved a trailer. There was no trailer at the location when we arrived. The area manager located one at a near-by site. We went there but had trouble with the wiring for the lights coming from our vehicle. The area manger happened to come to the site while we were there. He found a connection under the vehicle and hooked things up for us. We were very appreciative for his help and expertise. He also helped to sort out the drop off location. He was very helpful.

We had to go through three trailers before we were provided with one that had no issues. The trailers are not maintained properly
Rudolph LThere needs to be a checklist created to make sure equipment is up to date for maintenance. I use U-Haul often and once again a tire blew. This is the 3rd time it has occurred. As well my truck shows a checklist of overdue maintenance items. Things like bearings greased must be done. As well lights must be fixed when damaged. That is not the job of a U-Haul pick up location but U-Haul must have a regular schedule
