I recently had to change my location to Lakeshore because they 11 was closed due to weather. I showed up to get the truck, no one was there nor answering the phone numbers. So I had to wait and get it when the hywy 11 one opened again.

It’s sad that timmins doesn’t have a U-Haul location we rented in north bay to bring it back we had to drive a hr away so back and forth was 2 hours.
GREGOIRE DThe location was on the highway, how am I supposed to return back to the city? with no public transit nearby, had to do a cab as in North Bay, Uber/Lyft doesn’t exist. Plus I had to take a long route to make a legal u-turn and there didn’t seem a soul at the premises, it was 9:30 something
