Johnny P was great. The moving truck had a Gatorade bottle under the seat and was a bit dated. Their was wood bits in the bed of the truck but nothing effecting my move. A slight pull on the wheel while driving but I moved and everything made it in one piece. I didn’t get a notice about an additional charge and had noticed it on my account when checking if the payment finalized, both transactions are pending. Going to call in the morning to ask about the small charge. Moving is stressful and johnny p made it simple and helped me choose the best options for my move. Thank you! I am grateful for uhaul services.

Although I still need to work out some issues with billing Johnny was very helpful. I would highly recommend Johnny's dealership to anyone. Although the gowanda dealership I put in a complaint on because of the rude and unprofessional behavior.
