The staff at this location were pleasant and friendly. However there was no one who could help me at 9 am pickup because the manager (apparently the only one who could use the system) was not there and was not available by phone. Fortunately a U-Haul employee form the are main location dropped by to exchange vehicles. She was able to process my contract for pick up. My reservation was confirmed for this location a few days before. The dealer should have had someone on site at the pick up time.

FLORIN DIn my error I ordered a 10' ft truck. After picking it up we realized there was no ramp. My brother in law went to the location on Princess Street and got a 15' with a ramp. We brought the 10 ft back in the afternoon but did not use it. My error for sure. The gentleman at the Shell station was very nice and helpful. Next time I will know better what to ask for.
