I will be submitting a formal complaint, as the multiple unsafe and compromising situations we were subjected to during the rental of the 26’ truck at this location were completely unacceptable. We were placed at serious risk on several occasions, and the stress caused throughout this experience was both unnecessary and avoidable. Under no circumstances should we be expected to pay for a service that endangered our safety — the charges should be reversed in full.
