Roaches where every in the back and the cabin. We were not able to use the U-Haul as desired due to having to limit certain furniture materials in transit in fear of infestation at our new location. I explained to the guy that handled our reservation at that branch. He said it had never been reported to him. I explained that I had video of the roaches in the back and cabin area and he didn’t seem to care. We paid lots of money for piss poor service and a roach infested U-Haul.
Kerri-Ann BMy original order for the bus wasn’t ready because they left the keys inside so I couldn’t pick up with the app ! But customer service help and I was able to get a 10 foot truck ! My original order was the van ! Overall I was satisfied
DONLEY DThe location was excellent. Friendly customer service. I set up for a mobile pick up but the U-HAUL APP was not working? but we went inside to the location and they helped us right out with no issues. Pick up and drop off went smoothly and easily. The truck was perfect for our needs. U-Haul app gets a 0, but the location and the owner get a 5/5.
