When your computer system makes a mistake customer service needs to own. It not come up with lame. Excuses that it’s the customers fault. I am a very frequent customer of you all’s never in the last 8 to 10 years. Have I’ve been treated this way. I probably rent from U-Haul trailers once a month to sometimes 2 to 3 times a month for the past 8 to 10 years. I do know how to use your app. I reserved this rental in Plantation about 4 to 5 cities away. And when I reserved the trailer I wanted it was showing green and available in the Plantation location. That’s why I picked it. I reserved it just the way I have been for the last 8 to 10 years and in the last 8 to 10 years maybe three times I got a phone call or a email that the location was change, but it was always prior to my rental time. This time I received neither I only found out after I went to the Plantation location and like I tried to tell the customer service manager a frequent customer like I mentioned it prior to in this message . I also informed them I do know about the $50 guarantee and I also explained to him I only received that $50 guarantee fee maybe three times in the last 8 to 10 years because I know what I’m doing when I reserve a trailer, that’s when he came up with a lame excuse and would not honor it
