A/c in vehicle didn't work at all. There was no key for the pad lock on the back of the truck.

Guillermo GAbsolutely no need to improve, the experience was superb. I'd highly recommend this location to anyone needing to rent a van or truck. Both gentlemen in the office were pleasant, competent, and a joy to work with.
LAWRENCE EThese movers are horrible. Do not book with them. I repeat. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Worst moving experience of my life. They charge an extra 40 dollars if you have stairs. The broke my dresser and bedside tables. They “left their tool box at home” so they were unable to take my tvs off the wall and pull my bed frame apart. Not to mention they are rude and lack customer service.
