No one at this location all transaction was done over the phone, no one to help hook trailer up, check lights or any other thing that needed to be checked, seemed like they just wanted to get off of the phone and not be bothered

It's a lot with nobody on premises. I was just going to drop it off and process call UHaul to process the return, but I looked around and found a UHaul sticker on the door of the business next door with instructions to call a number. After that it was easy.
WADE SReally awesome experience.ive rented u-haul truck many times in my life for many years in many states and at many locations and though the CES inc. on MacArthur may not be the biggest location or have the most as far as selection of available rentals it is by far one of the best and accommodating u-haul rental experiences I have come across.I will 100% be recommending them to anyone looking for a quick no hassle in and out rental experiences!
