I got there at 8:30am for a 8:30am pick up and then had to go check in the cargo van. This should have been done before I got there. I had wait over 10 minutes for them to do this. I didn't leave there until 8:50

DOUG SI was able to rent a 10’ box van that was perfect for my needs. The van was clean and in great condition. Customer service over the phone to make the reservation, and in person to sign out the van and return it 3 hours later was expedient & friendly. The ACE Hardware staff is knowledgeable and good natured. John Madden would be proud.
