My reservation was requested at a different location. I was never notified that the location was changed until I arrived at the preferred location (by bicycle). They were not willing to assist me, except to extend the time on my reservation at this location so I had time to bicycle to the other location. Any additional mileage costs because of the change in location were my problem. I'd like to express that the customer response at the requested location (Mayfield Rd. in Cleveland Heights) was extremely poor.

Very fast at getting me set up with a truck and very professional. The self service lock not was not set up but I'm unsure if I simply failed to complete the registration for that. The wait wasn't long so this wasn't big deal. The truck they had me set up with was sandwiched between two others. I wish they had either assigned one that was on the outside or moved that truck prior. It all worked out fine but if I had been in a rush or needed to pick up during an off hour I would've not been able to get the keys or move the vehicle.

Waited in line for.an hour when I had a reservation online. There was only one associate helping customers at the desk. Truck was in poor condition and beat up. All associate s were very friendly and everything went smooth once I was able to get the truck.

Hire more customer service reps, there was literally one person inside with 10 customers, he did a great job assisting everyone in a timely fashion but he needed assistance.

The trailer was junk and should not have been rented. The wiring was missing and I had to stop and buy $20 worth of wires to be legal. The jack to raise and lower the trailer onto the trailer ball was broken and I ruined a shirt trying to raise it up. The location I returned the unit to had to use a forklift to take it off my truck. Very unsatisfied with my experience and will look for other options in the future.

When Customers are scheduled for pickup at the time the operation opens, all opening procedures( truck fuel checks,cash count, etc) should be completed prior to that time. To have 3 people scheduled and you have not counted your register nor prepared it for business which took an additional 10 minutes is very irresponsible.

It was too much confusion in regards to payment. When I spoke with the call center I was told one thing then when I went to retrieve the cargo van I was informed differently. I was going to cancel once again, I had a problem due to the call center the previous week as well. I truly can not say that I would recommend this location ever. One of your worker (African American male was very rude needs to be train n customer service). In fact I do not plan on using Uhaul ever if you can help it.
