There was no personnel at this location, completely digital/mobile. Signage was not easily seen, and it was all a bit confusing. Parking was difficult as well because the lot is an awkward shape. I had to call customer service for assistance.

Uhaul equipment was in poor condition, I was forced to pick the truck up at a location other than where my storage unit was. Even though they had 4 trucks setting unrented at my storage facility, it cost me additional time and money in mileage. I would NOT recommend Uhaul for anything!!

Ben PI was changed to this location from the original one I conveniently picked at reservation. The truck was very dirty in the outside, it could use some washing. Other than that I didn’t have any issues. The location was sketchy, I didn’t feel safe doing the transaction/pickup there, specially leaving my car while using the truck.
Alberto OWhen I initially asked about the rental I was not told about a fuel charge. I specifically asked what needs to be paid in order to rent a truck and nothing about fuel charges was mentioned. I was told cost of the truck and mileage
