How U-Haul Reviews WorkI would like them to be able to print a copy of paperwork when you turn the U-Haul back in instead of using just online. I need it so that I can have it in my records for tax time, etc. But they made it easy and comfortable for me. The men and women working there were wonderful to work with the manager who gave me his business card was helpful for me when I had to extend two more days due to the closing of my house date being moved by 48 hours. I would definitely tell others to use this location to rent a U-Haul for their use.
Debra FThe truck was brand new with less than a thousand miles on it. It was in an Aubuchon/Ace hardware, very convenient and only $90 for half the day.
Charles sFirst made corporate reservation in advance, U-Haul called 2:99on day before and changed to a self pick up location. Wanted a 10’ got bump to a 15’ which was way overkill, ask for a van instead got rsvp for that back to original pickup. Told they opened at 7:30 when in fact they opened at 8:00. Told my story which he said he had a 10’ as long as returned by 8:00 on Sunday. Changed rsvp again. Got the 10” that was in rough shape then to top it off returned afterhours at 10:30pm and was charged for two day rental when actually I returned same day!!!
Kevin FWash truck, huge bird turd dripping down wi shield!. Also the after hours truck return is very time consuming. Trying to put mileage in was a nightmare, would not take mileage in and had to keep trying over and over again to record mileage. Picture taking of vehicle repeats itself but I had to be a good boy and do as I’m told or they would automatically charge 20.00. I would think there would be some respect to repeat corporate customers so they don’t have to go through all of this! If I returned to a counter it’s basic mileage and gas recording and off you go!!!!
