nancy mUnfortunately, the pick up process was a pain in the backside because the U-Haul system wasn’t working properly. I felt bad for the Aubuchon employee who had to apologize over and over again for the pick up challenges. Eventually we decided to use the app and the mobile pick up process which eventually worked. The moving van itself was awesome and did the job!
