Unfortunately, the pick up process was a pain in the backside because the U-Haul system wasn’t working properly. I felt bad for the Aubuchon employee who had to apologize over and over again for the pick up challenges. Eventually we decided to use the app and the mobile pick up process which eventually worked. The moving van itself was awesome and did the job!

David II would just suggest that perhaps uhaul should be a bit more financially friendly when it comes to the per-mile dollar amount. Our rental took us from $19.95 per day, which was manageable, to a 2 day bill that totalled nearly $200.00 with 80.00 being miles. The bill literally forced me to sell a family heirloom in order for me to afford the rental. Had the mileage charges been more reasonable, I would have rented the van for at least a total of 6 days, not the 2 I was forced into.
