Very poorly maintained. The uhaul dealer is a thug. Returned the key 1 hour prior to my closing time, 3pm and they send me a receipt at 3.09pm resulting in a manual charge of $17.97 extra. The uhaul dealer is cheating their customers.

MARIA LOverall the service was great, but please make the app more intuitive. If I had to make a booking myself, I wouldn't be able to navigate it on my own... Luckily the assitant was happy to help me. But it seemed like a quest and it didn't seem like you were selling me a service. It seemed like you were doing me a favour, so I think you need to reconsider your views on this. Though your associate was very helpful.
