Get my name correct on the contract. Agent did not get name correct even though he had my driver's license. Agent's dog barked entire time we were there -- Barking dog should not be in office area. No effort to provide customer service -- Felt like we were a bother to his otherwise miserable day,

Gas was half way gone when I rented the uhaul
MARY MWonderful customer service, equipment well maintained and clean. They had extra appliance dollies,blankets. There was a glitch when we went to pick up the truck, that wasn't the staff's fault- and they more than made up for it. Truck had a full tank of gas an was very comfortable- heated well.
Michelle SThe place looked a mess. The person on site was super helpful though but being a garage, there were cars all over and the U-Haul services felt more like an afterthought. Fortunately there was a space up front to park the trailer and the self check in was super easy.
