Got charged twice than the reserved quote. Not sure who screwed it up - the branch or u haul. The gentleman at branch seemed nice.
Milind PIt took 30 minutes to learn how to take a picture of my drivers license. The process should not be ONLY digital. Manual processing should be allowed.
WILLIAM PLocation did not have the appliance dolly that I requested way on rental two weeks prior to the pick up date. The original pickup location was changed 3 days before pick up date. The fuel was marked on the rental agreement as 1/4 full. It was actually less than 1/8 (range remaining 32 miles). I took a picture of the fuel gauge shortly after getting on the road. I was charged for fuel at the destination even though there was more fuel in the truck than what I started with.
