U-Haul person was late, young kid with hood on his head. No concern that truck did not have a dolly, pads or that it was full of gas as I requested. I had to go to another store did get everything I needed. Put me a day behind.

This experience was great but in order to improve for the next customer: Make a worker-free exchange the default and only give them help if they ask haha! Sorry I just love being able to fulfill a service without being perceived by other humans, I should rent uhauls exclusively when the buildings are closed now

Ken CCab and cabin was dirty- had to sweep out debris and food before loading. Back wheel was out of alignment and wobbly.
