The location was easy to find, and straight forward to get there. Not in a great part of Norwalk, so could be a little more secure if you leave your own car there. The office facility was clean and well kept, and Brenda was excellent.....very customer friendly and professional, handled all the paperwork easily and carefully. Truck I rented was clean and worked well.
