Drop off had a QR code sticker that went to a missing URL. Another sticker QR code on the the window did work but all I needed to do was put the key in the drop box. It took two days to get a receipt. No place to park at drop off and too many trucks making it hard to park. No body was there but I knew that when renting but your question above ask about a person.
