Nothing excellent customer service
ART EHad to shift transmission out of park Very used. The thaking of pictures via phone was difficult.
Tim JThe parking for pick up or drop off if you do not have a pass code to gate has two spots. When we dropped off there was a single u haul truck taken both spots up. Lucky for us we had a pass code to drop trailer off as our vehicle is a large dually truck and we would not have been able to turn around to leave if not for the pass code to drop off. Other than the parking (which they have no control of) our experience was normal and we are happy with the rental experience.
