Great location... very convenient and terrific people!



Customer service number takes doesn't list U-Haul truck rentals as an option, just storage service. I was able to leave a message, with the other counter, but it was a bit confusing. Stanley was pleasant and professional. I would definitely rent from here again.

Make sure the truck is clean when we got the truck there was dirt tree branches dirt and gravel all over the inside of the truck and the ramp was covered when we pulled it out it was cover in dirt took us 45 minutes to clean it out if I had to guess someone used the truck for landscaping I had new furniture and had to clean out the truck so it didn’t get ruined



The hours are limited - being open longer would be more convenient for me.

You can actually rent them the 10’ truck you GUARANTEED a RESERVATION for, instead of leaving them a voicemail in the late afternoon the day BEFORE they are to pick them up—SIX days AFTER they reserved it— when that next customer has movers and painters set for the MORNING THE TRUCK WAS TO BE PUCKED UP. And you can NOT put them in a position that forces them to rent TWO CARGO VANS which run an extra $250.00 over what was quoted for the GUARANTEED 10’ truck. PS: I will be calling both the Better Business Bureau AND the Rockland County Consumer Protection folks early next week. And YES, I gave you a chance to make good on this—I spent a half hour on the phone with your rep right after I received your voicemail the afternoon before my scheduled morning pickup AND contacted your on-line customer service. All I got out of that was the promise of a $50 refund, which I doubt I’ll ever see, given that you also promised me a 10’ truck. I have several other words I could add to this, but none of them are printable.

I was Scheduled to pu 15' truck and trailer but got a 20' no trailer drop off was briarcliff not nyack had to find trans back from nyack not happy with this move had to pay for two extra days due to not being able to drop where I live

They gave me a rental which terminated in the evening but did not warn me that their facility is locked after 7 pm and there is no way to return truck once they close. There is a lockbox outside the office with a sticker stating "Returning After Hours?" but it is useless because you can't get anywhere near it after hours! We had to return at 9 am the following morning.

the first location that we chose did not have the truck. We lost time calling U HUAL to tell us about another location. we didn't receive any updates. This is no a good way to treat costumers.

Not a real uhaul site The only attendant there was very kind, but this was not her business. The trailer had one broken spring which made impossible for the four door to be closed once opened. Had to fix at home as movers were in and returning was too complex to try. Problems again at destination with the door. A bad experience. Uhaul should do something about this. Why did you rent broken equipment?

I wanted to return my equipment by 9am to avoid a charge for an additional day. The website says that location did not open until 10. I returned my equipment at 10 and was told I would be charged the additional day. When I asked if there was anyone the clerk could speak to about this I was told to call the 800 number. When doing so I was told it was Sunday and no one could help me.

This location does not open until 10:00 am and Uhaul scheduled me for 8:30, the time I requested, so, when I arrived no one was there and I had to wait. Fortunately, the young man who was in charge arrived at 9:00 and was good enough to get me on the road as soon as he could. I commend him. In the future your schedulers should be aware of the pickup locations hours and schedule accordingly, also making the renter aware of exactly when the trailer will be available

I had one negative with the location, which turned out not to impact us. We had reserved for 2:45 but when we arrived there was a sign in the window indicating that someone would be back at 3:15. That wasn't awesome, but it turned out worse when the trailer we had reserved had actually not yet been brought back by the previous renter, who seemed to think it was OK to hang on to it for an extra day. We had to wait for him to be called and bring it back. We wound up leaving the location at about 3:30 PM, which delayed everything. We then still had to take apart and load the furniture we were moving, which took a great deal of time. We didn't arrive home until after 7:30 PM, which wasn't exactly great for getting dinner ready.
