I think there was a mixup with their scheduling and the place we picked up the truck opened 20 minutes late. It threw us off schedule by about 30 minutes.
JENNIFER GThe trailer tongue was greasy. there was a lock on the trailer and I was not given a key. I had to have the lock cut off before I could load the trailer.
JUDITH tSomeone vandalized the gastank so when i went to refill the gas, the gas was gushing out from the tank and splashed on my clothes and shoes. Luckily it was close to the pickup location so got that handled smoothly. No biggie. I called the location and was soon transferred to Corey who did a very good job replacing the car for me within an hour. All in all very good customer service but i recommend fixing the vandalism
