The location map point is off. You have to drive into the trailer neighborhood to get it to even register that you are there to pick up the truck. The people inside cannot help you and the rep on the phone tried but her directions were wrong. It took over an to pick up the truck. When we finally got the app to say we code for the lock it was super hard to get into. Thank God another customer came to pick up a truck and stopped to ask us how to get it to accept the location and he was able to help us get the lock open. This was by far the worst pick up. Then the drop off was ridiculous having to take so many pictures before we could close it up and drop the key in the box after again having to drive into the neighborhood to get the app to say yes we dropped the truck off. Just a nightmare.
