Useless management didn't even tell the employee this is a drop off location. Not sure I'll use uhual again if this is what I get. Uhual.com drove me 8 ml past a legit uhual location, to this dive-hole. Mgmt didn't answer phone listed on uhual site. Sketchy location. No signs. I have no trust in the uhual automated system, after wasting my time, gas money, and respect.

The vehicle that I left with was not checked out properly. There was no record that I had the vehicle when I tried to return it the next day.

When drop the uhal at this location. The people who work there had no idea what to do when a person drops a uhal. I forgot to put the moving blanks back into the truck. The next day I returned the blanks back to the drop off location. When I went to talk to the person who was cashier the thought I was picking up. I explain my I had drop off a uhaul yesterday and need to return the blanks. I did like how the person thought that I was there pick, instead listing to what I had to say before knowing while I was there.

I didn't even know it was the drop off spot. I returned my truck then went next door to make sure I dropped it off in the right spot. The associate didn't really know what to do. Then my truck was checked in the following morning. I was charged an extra day and an extra day of insurance because it wasn't checked in on their end in a timely fashion. I need the same style truck next week and I'll probably be finding a different location to go to.
