There were only two trucks at the location. The first one would not close tightly with the drop-down door in the back of it so we got the other truck which worked fine.

Geralyn RThe location where we were supposed to pick it up didn’t have a truck for us they said they were all local so we had to pick it up at a different location waited two hours what a waste of money and time Had to pay for a two day rental just because it was out of town when I only needed it for one day oh well had to move my son 3 hours away and didn’t have another way to get it done so disappointing $240 later
RAYMUNDO MPatrick went out of his way to get the trailer that I had requested elsewhere. The Les Paul location dropped the ball and had zero customer service or follow up. Patrick got me the trailer I needed and his follow up and willingness to go the extra mile was great. I will only rent from his location in the future. Excellent customer service, effort and delivered on what he thought he could do. Awesome job.
