JOSE L.I called to confirm my order earlier in the day and when I arrived the dolly I needed wasn't available. The staff member that checked me in wasn't the best listener and kept pushing another dolly on me that i stated wouldn't work. His customer service was mediocre, he kept answering phones while working with me, and didn't give me any information about the truck. He was busy, which I get, but the customer service was subpar. The manager working with him wasn't great at explaining my order either. They both seemed overwhelmed.
