When I received my rental, it was dirty, the gas gauge did not match the contract. I took a picture and advised the agent upon return. He told me it was not an issue. I was charged a $14 refueling fee for 2 gallons of gas when I drove a total of 10 miles. Absurd ... terrible service from Uhaul all around. Next I will rent from Home Depot.
