The rental transaction was smooth and easy. The staff friendly and helpful, the truck was clean and ran great. Overall a very smooth transaction so I'll be back!!
Bryan RWaited an hour in line to pick up the truck after I had reserved it all online. And was charged an extra 60 deposit since they were using some kind of backup pos system. I was also charged for gas and an after hours drop off. I filled up the gas to above where I got it. There was also no need to an after hours drop off charge as there was an employee there to accept the keys, it was also the middle of the afternoon. . Also they could have just waited to check it in. I was told I could drop it off anytime in 3 days. Need refunded for both in the next few days or I will be disputing the charges on my credit card. All in all, a pretty frustrating experience. Thank you for looking into this.
Tyler SVehicle needed cleaning. Half the lights on the dashboard didn’t work. Vehicle was extremely noisy.
