Uhaul messed up my reservation and moved it to Mr Auto. This location had just gone through a water line busting and lost their computer system. I called to confirm the reservation, the staff went out of their way to ensure I was able to pick up the equipment I rented. Uhaul screwed it up but Mr Auto saved the day.
