Initially I was supposed to pick up the truck at 8:00 that morning when I arrived to the location that was told to go there was not no truck there apparently there was a problem with the a customer's truck that they rented and was told to pick up the one that I was going to be getting the communication in between letting them know that that truck was no longer there was somehow not communicated therefore putting me back behind while I was waiting to move 2 hours.
