We got there and all the box trailers were blocked in by non-running junk cars because it’s more of an auto body repair shop. The owner kept complaining about how “they never know who is getting scheduled for pick ups and they weren’t prepared.” We had to then back track to their old location where they had 2 trailers stored and get a trailer from there.
MEGAN LInitially I was supposed to pick up the truck at 8:00 that morning when I arrived to the location that was told to go there was not no truck there apparently there was a problem with the a customer's truck that they rented and was told to pick up the one that I was going to be getting the communication in between letting them know that that truck was no longer there was somehow not communicated therefore putting me back behind while I was waiting to move 2 hours.
Jonie WWalker Tire Truck Tow was very helpful. Marie went way beyond in getting my reservation booked on a day when the Uhaul website was down. I was treated like a premium customer all for a $90 trailer rental. Great job to Marie and everyone at Walkers. Very helpful.
