The interior lights did not work. Had to load truck in the dark. Windshield was covered in bugs making it hard to see. Truck overall looked like it was ready to be removed from fleet

My contract was wrong when I came in to return my rental. The price for my rental was wrong and they fixed it. I didn’t realize that they overcharged me for mileage until after I left.

The guys who were there when I brought the truck back didn't seem to really know what was going on and Colby was short with me. I felt like I was inconveniencing him. Also, the truck smelled like stale cigarette smoke.

They consistantly charge me for a lot more miles than it should be. This adds up. 250 mile trip they said 421miles extra at .29 cents a mile, plus tax. What a racket. Do you have a Facebook page? The employee on duty was being yelled at by a very upset customer when we arrived. There was a lot of foul language involved from the customer and the employee couldn't help him and asked him to come back tomorrow for a manager. That customer stormed out and kicked a sign over outside out of anger. The customer in line behind the problem customer also had an issue where he had over filled the gas tank and the clerk could not help him because he needed a manager and there was not one. That guy also got very upset and the third guy in line made rude comments about how the manager was going to be upset with all the people coming in the next day. Clerk finally got to us and I decided not to tell him about the fact that I didn't get the discount for going out of my way to bring the trailer back to a different store, he was a bit shaken at all the terrible customers. He did okay, but he lacked confidence and authority in those situations which made the frustrated customers worse. Overall not a bad experience, the bad customers made the environment feel hostile.

Excellent experience. Much better than first one back in January where there was 1 windshield wiper working and it was snowing. Then after backing truck up to load the truck batteyy died and nobody came until 4 hours later and we lost our labor so had to load a 26' truck ourselves. Called Mr. Hardin the manager, he never would return our call even on his cell phone. Horrible experience.

The associate who checked me in was very helpful and pleasant. He even assisted with changing my reservation on the spot when i realized the truck i reserved was going to be far to small for my moving needs. All the additional equipment i had requested was loaded into the truck as well and the associated verified each item, and went over the details of the rental. When i returned to truck the same associate assisted with the return and was just a personable as he was earlier in the day. Overall excellent customer service all around. The associate most assuredly should be commended for such excellence in service.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to keep the rental longer than expected and were not informed until 9am the day before we were scheduled to return it. I called the rental location and spoke with a woman whose name I don’t recall at 908am to ask what to do. She told me it was not an issue and we could simply keep it another day for an additional days rental fee and that sounded fantastic to me, a huge relief. I inquired would there be any fees or extra charges since this is unexpected and she said no just an extra days rental and mileage fees still apply. Huge relief! Until 845am the next morning when a male employee called wanting to know why we haven’t returned the rental yet. I explained what I was told by the female employee and he said I must have talked to someone from “corporate” and not his location and they need it back now or I would be having to pay over 100$ in fees. I had called the number written down by the employee who rented the truck to me on my agreement if there were any issues which was that location. I advised him it was simply not possible yet as it was still completely filled. We were able to return it around 330pm that day and I called to advise we were coming as quickly as we could. I spoke with another female employee ( not sure if same as original ) and she said that was perfectly fine. The male employee who checked us out at the end was also very courteous and professional. I wish I had more concise information on who I spoke with but I forget names. I do not know if one employee was more correct than another, or what the actual policies are on keeping vehicles over but I imagine it happens all of the time. The equipment did perform wonderfully as it was needed but the male employee I spoke with on the phone was rude and borderline berating. I only told him what the other employee told me and informed him I was not versed in uhaul policies but assumed if they had someone assigned to answering those questions that they must know the policies, otherwise why would they be answering the phone to answer questions? Again, I have nobody’s names.
