Parking was terrible, especially by the storage building double-door access. Abandoned cars using these spots. I didn’t see any signage detracting them from doing so. Beyond that, it was fine.

The staff was exceptionally professional. They were very patient and helpful, renting a storage unit was an unexpected necessity and the staff turned my horrific day into a smooth and safe storage of my personal belongings. Fantastic job! MONIQUE S | First ImpressionsI rented the unit because I sold my home right up the street from your Old Hickory store and stored things I could not take to the apartment in Lebanon. I had been on the waiting list for a garage in my apartment complex for three years and finally got one. It is more convenient and only costs $5.00 more than my 5 x 15 unit at U-Haul, and it's a one car garage! It's not temperature controlled, though, and I will miss that from U-Haul.

It forced my to see my foolishness in paying more to store my belongings than the replacement cost to buy them new. Newton's First Law of Motion: a complacent body will remain complacent unless acted upon by an arbitrary and caprecious price hike! Would I use them again? Yep, no doubt about it.

MICHELLE W | First ImpressionsToo many fees, should not have to pay a fee if I go in after 7. Also, my unit was in the back near the side door. Used to have access to that side door and now it’s blocked off and a sign says there will be a 50.00 fee if you go through that door which is ridiculous.

The rent was paid a week prior because I couldn’t coordinate the final cleanout prior to rent being due. When I went to close out the account, the rent was not prorated as I had previously understood. This made me so mad. 3/4 of the rent was retained “we no longer pro rate”. I felt taken advantage of. It is a nice facility and convenient to my location but the final interaction that I will remember is them keeping my money for services I am no longer utilizing.
