The truck was FILTHY inside when I picked it up. I had to sweep out the back before I could even load it. The cab had dried, old food stuck on the floor. There was no fuel in the truck (the gas estimator read 0 miles to empty) even though this uhaul dealer is at a gas station. The grounds surrounding the trucks are filled with dog feeces. This was mentioned to the attendants with a response of "Oh yea, we know. It's the next door neighbor. Nothing we can do about it." The worst part is that the employees made no mention to the fact that we should be checking the cleanliness and fuel level of the truck before leaving the lot. It wasn't until we went to return the truck at a different location, that we learned we could be charged for not having the truck clean. Luckily, the attendants at our pick up location didn't have us complete the paperwork correctly so we weren't charged for their mistakes.

Was unable to return unused boxes as guaranteed at time of rental. Neighborhood dealer was unable to help and customer service line was also unable to help. cost me $80 because uhaul unable to back up guarantees.

A friend received a head injury, because of the low unmarked door height, should have a large red caution warning! Mike

It took ab hour and a half to turn in the truck. The personnel were great the uhaul computers were not.

long, drawn oit demand for info to protect you from liability. Unnecessarily complicated, took over an hour. no winch on equipment, necessitating a 40.00 purchase of a "comalong" to use equipment..I could go on, but I fear for my blood pressure.

Just double check everything.

The people at this location are more worried about taking care of the convenience store customers than the U-haul customers. I have rented trailers twice from this location. Never again. I will pick it up in Spokane and drive up.

This location treats U-haul customers as secondary to it's main business as a mini-market/gas station. I had to wait approximately 30 minutes to drop off the trailer. The guy behind the counter said the owner told him non-U-haul customers always get helped first. So every time someone walked in the door I got dropped and left to wait again. This is poor business practice.

Have vehicle ready...at time of rental, vehicle was covered in snow and snowed in. Tires weren't properly filled and mileage was also off by 30,000 miles and took quite awhile to check-in U-Haul.

Upon pick up we had to shovel out the u haul ourselves, as it was covered in 3 feet of snow plus the snow plow came by and buried it even more. It was wedged in between a old shed and a tree. Not many options on trying to get it out.

Truck had a flat tire and no I didn't cause it, it was flat by the time I got home which was a 5 min drive and the truck wasn't even loaded yet...the guy who helped up with the paper work was cool I just wouldn't recommend uhaul, they suck they over charge and the change the price of the rentals after you rent it.

The manager was extremely helpful and efficient. Excellent service!

-A BAD place for me: “DJs EZ Stop” (a U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer) of Newprot WA 99156- My rental was an easy out with the truck. The (round-trip) return of truck was a nightmare!! “DJs EZ Stop”(ironic name btw) had me wait for almost 2 hours, and wanted me to come back the next day. I phoned the next day ready to meet with them and I was then told they would like me to come another day yet.............all because they had screwup my paperwork (they claimed u-haul inc had) in the computer.

Check back in took too long. Couldn't find me in the system forever and then once I was found, process still took too much time. Overall, it was about 20 minutes to drop off a trailer...

Very friendly folks. They all wanted to make sure that my rental experience was a good one. My rental was ready when I arrived and in short time I was no the road I highly recommend this Uhaul location.

The rep at DJ's hooked the trailer up and said it was ready to go. I didn't toch it. About 200 yards before we got on freeway the trailer detached and rear-ended the truck. I shudder to think what could've happened had we been on the freeway. Called the 1-800-uhaul number and they wanted me to DRIVE the trailer to a uhaul facility more than 10-15 miles away-with no lights and not knowing if the thing was hitched correctly. They finally sent a tow truck driver. The facility was 25 miles (rnd trip)in the opposite direction. I had an unloading crew ready to help me-after a 4 hour delay(and sitting in the 100 degree heat 2-1/2 hours) i had to try to scrape up help and was unable to find any. It took me 2 days to get the truck and trailer unloaded. I did get a couple days extension. There's more but i 've written enough. Thanks to uhaul this has been the move from hell. I am disgusted and totally unhappy with Uhaul. None of this was acceptable service. At no point in time have I received even an apology or any words from uhaul or DJ's EZ Stop
