I needed a car hauler to rescue a family member. The local store had me up and moving within 20 minutes. HOWEVER, when it came to the return, the local shop was closed due to their own family emergency . So I called the U-Haul customer service line and was reminded why US based customer service sucks. That is why I didn’t give a 5 star rating.
