I was not informed how to retrieve the key for the truck prior to arrival for the 8am scheduled pickup, nor was I advised that I would need to log into an app and check myself out. Had to wait 1 hour and 15 min for the owner to arrive to give us the keys. When I was about to drive away, I noticed the gas tank was only filled 1/3. I went back in and told the owner and he stated he knew this and had it documented and not to fill it any more than the 1/3 tank. When I dropped the truck off at our destination, the attendant told me I would be charged for additional gas since it was marked down that it was half full. I had to drive to a gas station and pay for additional fuel to avoid extra charges. Then he told me I was 5 miles over my limit....I was never told there was a limit on my milage, but he said he would wave that charge. I would like to be reimbursed the additional $21.41 for gas.
