Be sure to review your contract… The employee really misinformed me about questions i gad regarding the contract. Certain things, he told me to disregard and the contract terms would be readjusted upon dropping the uhaul off… in which they weren’t. Actually I was charged even more then i was told after returning the uhaul 2days early.

change my pick up location twice last minute. gave me a different truck from reservation. didn't;t even reimburse my for the extra Uber i had to take. Rep said manager will call my within 48 hours and did not call.

HANS SThis location is very sketchy. When I inspected the truck, I noticed the gas cap was hanging and there was less gas than indicated on my paperwork. It appears as if someone siphoned gas out of the tank or someone was driving the vehicle as I got charged for roughly 10 more miles than I drove.
