Overall everything went well. As a part of another business and not a u-haul dedicated facility it is not clear who to talk to at first. Staff helped immediately. Equipment options are limited.

Larry M.Went to reserve tuck on Thursday night for Saturday the people at Ace didn't have a log in or something. Had nothing to resolve problem except to register on line at home. Went to pick truck up Friday night the lady didn't really know what she was doing either took a long time. Noticed insurance was on my bill and questioned her about it her reply was I had to have insurance on it. Thankfully there was a lady in the parking lot when I bought the truck back that seamed to know what she was doing and took the insurance off my bill. So 33% of the people I dealt with knew what they were doing. Not impressed
