My truck was parked behind another truck. Luckily there was about 2 inches on each side to diaganolly cut through the truck to the front and trailer to the side, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to get it out.

Brian BPick up and rental was good. Easy process. Please consider making it easier to change drop off location. Willing to pay the extra cost to change to a one way but not 2-3 times the cost. That’s ridiculous.
JASON FWebsite indicated normal hours of operation, but at 11 AM on Wednesday, it was not open, no personnel. I had downloaded app as requested, but it never found reservation, was completely useless. Support from phone number took several transfers, waits, but was eventuality helpful.
