This was a total mess from the word go. I was guaranteed a 7:00AM Pick up. No one showed up at the location until 11:00AM. The truck was a mess with less than a 1/4 tank of fuel. The lady at the location was ignorant and laughed when I asked her why the keys were not left in the lock box? She said "well we never even opened yesterday so there was no one here to put the keys in the box" Then on top of all this the "Mom's Attic" on the truck leaked in the rain and ruined some of my electronic equipment. I am waiting for a claims person to reach out to me. I will never use this location again. I have warned everyone that I talk to about the situation and told them to stay clear of this outlet.
