Great Uhaul experience at this location!
ROBERT CThe man who was working the checkout was the rudest interaction I’ve had all year. In a fit of rage, the man accused me of lying about showing up before a customer and refused to serve me before the customer that arrived after me. The man refused to admit he was wrong even though everyone was saying he was wrong. Me and the other customers standing by were extremely confused and a little scared because the man was raging for literally no reason. Also, Uhaul changed my appointment the day before and made some weird changes to the appointment that I then had to go back and forth with this man about to clarify what was needed. One of the changes included the location about picking up the truck, so one of the plans we had to pick up furniture got completely messed up. Good luck with that man. Hope he doesn’t hurt anyone. I wouldn’t want him working for me and it was an absolutely pathetic attempt at trying to control people. Probably never ordering from this company again and letting everyone know what a circus you guys run.
