I was charged a mileage fee but not credited for the extra gas left in the vehicle! Not cool.

Few things : - overall, process was automated - requested dolly but it was not found and I was never informed. I had to call and found out that the location did not have one . Then I had to call another location and pick up from there that added additional miles for which I had to pay
Parag SApp needs stability improvement. I had issues with the App during the self-pickup and self-return, both during the photo uploading. During the pick-up, app was failing to upload any pictures. I had to call service desk. During the return, the app crashed/frozen again during the photo uploading. I had prompted the app to initiate the photo capturing of the rear of the truck with the cargo door open. The app frozen. Upon restarting it, the rental contract was deemed as completed. I call service desk and pictures were missing. I had to emailed them over.
