Wash truck, huge bird turd dripping down wi shield!. Also the after hours truck return is very time consuming. Trying to put mileage in was a nightmare, would not take mileage in and had to keep trying over and over again to record mileage. Picture taking of vehicle repeats itself but I had to be a good boy and do as I’m told or they would automatically charge 20.00. I would think there would be some respect to repeat corporate customers so they don’t have to go through all of this! If I returned to a counter it’s basic mileage and gas recording and off you go!!!!

I was very disappointed with the condition of the U-Haul truck we rented. From the moment we picked it up, there were several safety concerns. The steering was extremely loose, making the truck difficult to control, especially at highway speeds. The tire pressure warning light was illuminated, the airbag service light remained on throughout the trip, and the headlights were so dim they barely provided enough visibility to drive safely at night. A moving truck should be thoroughly inspected and maintained before being rented to customers, particularly when it comes to critical safety features. Unfortunately, this vehicle did not inspire confidence, and the experience added unnecessary stress to an already demanding moving day. I hope U-Haul takes these concerns seriously and improves its maintenance and inspection process so future customers receive vehicles that are safe to operate.

Art BEverything was great but didn’t expect to be charged a whole 2nd day for returning the truck at 5:45-6:00pm. The Uhaul App was down so I couldnt do a mobile return so I just put the key in the dropbox at 6pm.
