Super helpful UHaul employee helped me with the check in and helped me put a lock on the truck. He made the whole process very easy and less stressful for me as someone who has never rented a truck before. The truck was super clean and only had 10k miles on it. He answered all of my questions and walked me through the whole process of renting and returning. Very positive experience!

Justin PWhen returning the trailer, I mentioned that one plastic piece was missing from trailer. Muhammed immediately said he would fix it and apologized for the inconvenience. He created a calm and reassuring environment. Even though this location is farther from my home, I always choose it whenever I need U-Haul because it gives me extra confidence and excellent customer service.
