We had reserved a 5x8 trailer at another location and then 20 minutes before we arrive they told us they didn’t have a trailer for us, sent us to another location and there they gave us a 6x12. When you make reservation for a specific trailer in advance you should what you reserved at the location you reserved it at. The staff was not helpful at the original location at all and also rude we we questioned it. Merivale location was fine

John MI dropped my truck off after hours and processed everything through the UHaul app. There was a big lot that made it easy to park the truck and the drop off key box was easily found.
