Why am I getting charged for Fuel when I returned the truck with more gas then it originally came with?
Davor LThe phone app is not working well and it was VERY difficult to do the process and pick up the truck. It took me about 45 minutes to do this process and the screen showed false information as well (km instead of miles for the rates).

ALICE NThe owner of the auto shop wasn’t very helpful at all, he kept saying if you need any work done to your car to go there. He didn’t explain or didn’t do a walk around. He didn’t explain anything to us about dropping the uhaul off and where to put the key. Better yet he told us to put it on the desk, but he was closed. We dropped the key off Saturday and he messaged Monday morning accusing us of not dropping it off. I will never deal with him again, that was the worst experience I’ve ever had!
