Angela RI was charged extra for NOT putting gas back where it was at time of pickup, but was never given a paper showing where the needle was at my arrival. She did tell me how much was in the tank. I put gas back into the truck according to what I was told and parked it back where I was instructed which was on a hill. The next morning I got extra charges for fuel. She told me the truck was not filled to the expected fuel level. Ummm it’s parked on a steep heel the gas level will not register until you put it on level ground!
KENNETH CManager lied about the gas in the tank, this is the second time, despite him driving it to the gate prior to our leaving. I filled it where it was left and I was then charged more. Will be using Lowe’s from now on.
LEE ZOriginally, my pick up was in Henderson. That experience was terrible. They called me an hour before to tell me the truck I requested was not at that location then they sent me to Oxford. In the Oxford location, I received everything I ordered. That experience was a whole lot better.
