The attendant told me to go park the Van on the street somewhere, I told him no, I am dropping it at the specified address in the contract and leaving my Key in the Uhaul lock box. Attendant called "Patrick" and he told me over speakerphone that he is going to tow the Uhaul truck I just dropped off and charge me for the tow. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. HOW UHAUL USES SUCH CONTRACTORS THAT ARE DESTROYING UHAUL'S REPUTATION. I WILL BE LOOKING FOR ALTERNATIVES TO UHAUL IN THE FUTURE BECAUSE OF THIS EXPERIENCE.
