Horrible experience with customer service and the whole situation as a whole. The truck wasn't ready, the location got switched multiple times, the drop off was not seamless, there were no blankets in the truck. Had to pay for an extra day because we picked up late because there was no truck. Horrible experience and certainly would not recommend to anyone. It was a terrible pain to get a discount which I was promised for the fail to guarantee a truck that was confirmed more than 3 days prior to the rental. Awful.

I reserved the truck and pickup and drop off location 20 days before, as I walk up to the pickup location you changed it on me. Then you also changed the drop off location. What was the point of making a reservation? Absolutely ridiculous. The drop off I was forced to go to was inaccessible and completely out of the way which costs me gas and a taxi home.
